Soak the noodle in hot water for half hour. Rinse. Add the sweet soya sauce then mix thoroughly. Safe aside.<br \/>\n2. Saute the mincwd shallots and garlics until fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Add the shrimps. Once it changes the colour, add cabbage and carrots.<br \/>\n4. Add a bit water. Cook until wilted.<br \/>\n5. Add scallions and eggs. Stir.<br \/>\n6. Put the noodles in, followed by the seasonings. Stir until combined all together. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n7. Sprinkle the shallots flakes on top.
