Cut the chicken into bite size. Marinate with garlic powder, milk, salt and pepper for 20 mins. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Cut pumpkin and taro into long strips, onion into bite size. Set aside.<br \/>\n3. Fry and chicken over medium high heat until golden brown, set aside. Fry the pumpkin, taro and onion until golden brown, add chicken back in and mix well.<br \/>\n4. Add chicken stock and cook for 3-5 mins until pumpkin and taro become soften. Then add coconut milk and mix well.
