Steam\/ roast beetroot, then blend it with water\/ milk<br \/>\n2. Mix beetroot juice with oats, protein powder and salt<br \/>\n3. Let it soak in the fridge overnight (so it takes less time for cooking)<br \/>\n4. The next morning, cook oatmeal with apples on stovetop on medium for 3-5 mins until thicken<br \/>\n5. For the remaining apple slices, soak in lemon water for 1 mins, then take out and microwave with lid on for around 1 mins (optional)<br \/>\n6. Transfer everything to a bowl and top with softened apples, banana slices &amp; protein bar<br \/>\n7.
