{"id":4930,"date":"2022-03-26T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-26T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4930"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:43","slug":"homemade-one-pot-tomato-soup-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/homemade-one-pot-tomato-soup-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Homemade One-pot Tomato Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (Serves 4-5 People)<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 onion chopped<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp kosher salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp dried oregano<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dried basil<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves minced<br \/>\n1 can whole tomatoes (400g)<br \/>\n1\/2 can diced tomatoes (200g)<br \/>\n2 cups chicken broth<br \/>\n1\/4 to 1\/2 cup cream<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fresh basil chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a large pot, heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the chopped onions with all the seasoning.<br \/>\nCook until the onions are slightly browned (around 5 minutes). Add the garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.<br \/>\nNext, add the whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nOnce done, remove from heat, add the fresh basil and using a hand blender, blend until you get a smooth texture.<br \/>\nStir in the cream and serve right away with grilled cheese or croutons, more fresh basil, cream and cracked black pepper.
