{"id":4920,"date":"2022-03-26T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-26T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4920"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:46","slug":"stir-fried-fish-engineers_plates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stir-fried-fish-engineers_plates","title":{"rendered":"Stir-fried Fish"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gr fish fillet, cut<br \/>\nTapioca flour<br \/>\n1 beaten egg<br \/>\n1 small brown onion, sliced<br \/>\n2 pips garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper, chopped<br \/>\n1 green bell pepper, chopped<br \/>\nHalf a tsp black pepper powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n3 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\nA bit water<br \/>\n1 tbsp tapioca flour a bit water<br \/>\nCooking oil<br \/>\nSesame seeds (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Dip the fish into beaten egg then coat with tapioca flour. Fry them. Save aside.<br \/>\n2. Saute onion, and garlic till fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Add in the red bell pepper. Stir till wilted.<br \/>\n4. Add white pepper and all sauces.<br \/>\n5. Pour a bit water. Check the taste.<br \/>\n6. Add the mixture of corn starch. Mix well till thickened.<br \/>\n7. Add the fried fish in. Mix thoroughly. Turn off the heat.
