{"id":4899,"date":"2022-03-25T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T23:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4899"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:51","slug":"lentil-bolognese-with-spaghetti-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lentil-bolognese-with-spaghetti-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Lentil Bolognese With Spaghetti"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (Around 3-4 Servings)<\/h2>\n<p>Spaghetti<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 onion chopped<br \/>\n1 cup chopped mushrooms<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves grated<br \/>\n1 cup uncooked lentils (brown or green)<br \/>\nDried oregano<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 can tomato pulp<br \/>\nA bit less than 1 can of your favorite tomato sauce (arriabbiata is a good one)<br \/>\n2 cups of water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a big skillet on medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the onions, mushrooms and garlic for a few minutes until soft.<br \/>\nMix in the seasoning, salt and pepper. Add the lentils, water, tomato pulp and sauce.<br \/>\nBring to a boil and then cover and simmer around 20 minutes on low heat or until the lentils are cooked through (add more water if the lentils are not cooked through and have absorbed all the water).<br \/>\nIn the meantime, cook the spaghetti.<br \/>\nOnce done, taste and adjust seasoning.<br \/>\nServe the lentil sauce over the spaghetti and garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
