Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger till fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Add cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir.<br \/>\n3. Add tomatoes, then all powders. Stir it well.<br \/>\n4. Add carrot and coriander leaves, then pour a bit water. Bring to boil. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n5. In a rice cooker bowl, combine the rice, cooked spices, salt, and lemon juice all together.<br \/>\n6. Pour the broth in. Stir a bit.<br \/>\n7. Put it in a rice cooker. Turn it on.
