{"id":4856,"date":"2022-03-24T10:46:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T02:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4856"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:59","slug":"rosemary-lemon-grilled-chicken-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/rosemary-lemon-grilled-chicken-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Rosemary &amp; Lemon Grilled Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Marinade Ingredients For 2-3 Chicken Breasts<\/h2>\n<p>1\/4 cup olive oil<br \/>\nZest and juice of 1 lemon<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp honey<br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh basil chopped (or 1 tbsp dried)<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves minced<br \/>\n1 tsp dijon mustard<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp each salt, onion powder, paprika and black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until everything is well combined.<br \/>\nPour over the chicken and ideally marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge if you can.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven on 200C degrees for 35 minutes, then increase the heat to 220C and grill for 10 more minutes or until a golden brown color forms (time will differ from one oven to another, just make sure the chicken is cooked through).<br \/>\nAs soon as the chicken is done, scoop the glaze that has formed under and spread evenly over the grilled chicken.
