{"id":4847,"date":"2022-03-24T09:26:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T01:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4847"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:59","slug":"cauliflower-tot-casserole-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cauliflower-tot-casserole-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Cauliflower Tot Casserole!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cauliflower Tots Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups riced cauliflower<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n\u00bd cup finely grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n\u00bd cup shredded cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n1 cup finely grated parmesan cheeseChicken Mixture:<br \/>\n1 12-ounce can of chopped chicken, drained<br \/>\n\u00bd cup red salsa<br \/>\n\u00bc cup full-fat sour cream<br \/>\n2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese<br \/>\n\u00bc cup chopped cilantro<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.<br \/>\nPrepare your cauliflower rice by microwaving for 2-3 minutes, or until cauliflower is soft. Let cool for 10 minutes before mixing the rest of the ingredients with your tots.<br \/>\nWhen cool, gently mix in remaining ingredients except the 1 cup of parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nWith your hands, form rectangles the shape of a traditional tot.
