{"id":4843,"date":"2022-03-24T08:46:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T00:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4843"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:00:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:00:02","slug":"lentil-bolognese-pasta-bypaigeashlie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lentil-bolognese-pasta-bypaigeashlie","title":{"rendered":"Lentil Bolognese Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lentil Bolognese Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2.5 cups pasta sauce<br \/>\n1.5 cups green lentils, cooked<br \/>\n1\/4 cup vegetable broth<br \/>\n2 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 onion, diced<br \/>\n3-4 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp nutritional yeast *optional<br \/>\n1 tsp oregano, dried<br \/>\n1 tsp basil, dried<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp onion powder<br \/>\nsea salt pepper to taste<br \/>\nFresh basil, to top pasta with<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Cook your lentils as per the instructions on the package set aside.<br \/>\nIn a saucepan, on medium heat, add oil, garlic, onion and sea salt. Cook until golden.<br \/>\nAdd in your spices mix well. Now add in your tomato sauce, paste and vegetable broth. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd cooked lentils and mix well. Add in your salt pepper. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
