Mashed all the ingredients in food processor except flour and spring onion. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Add the flour and spring onion in. Mixed. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Put 1 tsp of batter on wrapper. Sealed. Do it till all the batter done. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Steam them for 15 minutes. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Fry them. Served with peanut sauce.<\/p>\n<h2>Peanut Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>100 gr peanuts<br \/>\n3 candlenuts<br \/>\n5 shallots<br \/>\n6 garlic cloves<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp white pepper powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n2 tbsp sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n50 gr palm sugar<br \/>\n1 big chili<br \/>\n2 tbsp tamarind water<br \/>\n250 water<br \/>\nCooking oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1.Saute candlenuts, shallots, garlic, and chili in hot cooking oil till fragrant. \u2013<br \/>\n2. Put peanuts, sauted spices, palm sugar, and water in food processor. Ground it till smooth. \u2013<br \/>\n3. Put them back on sauce pan, then add pepper, tamarind, and salt. Stir it well. \u2013<br \/>\n4.
