In your food processor, grind the chicken fillet, prawn, garlics, and shallots.<br \/>\n2. Add all the rest ingredients except spring onion, tofu, and wrappers.<br \/>\n3. Put the grounded meat in a bowl, then add the sliced spring onion. Mix them thoroughly.<br \/>\n4. Cut the tofu into half. Stuff them with the meat. You can also wrap it in wanton wrappers like a dimsum.<br \/>\n5. Steam them for about 10 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Take them out and fry until golden brown.<br \/>\n7. Serve them on a plate with peanut sauce.
