{"id":4698,"date":"2022-03-22T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T03:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4698"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:00:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:00:33","slug":"avocado-soup-with-shrimp-garlic-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/avocado-soup-with-shrimp-garlic-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Avocado Soup With Shrimp &amp;Garlic"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoon coconut oil<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n1 pound of medium shrimp, tail-on &amp; deveined<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon dried red chili flakes<br \/>\nJuice from \u00bd fresh lime<br \/>\n1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n1 14.5-ounce can of coconut cream<br \/>\n3 medium avocados, peeled &amp; pits removed<br \/>\n1 teaspoon fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon coconut aminos<br \/>\n\u00bd cup fresh cilantro, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Heat coconut in a cast-iron skillet set to medium-high heat.<br \/>\nAdd minced garlic to the pan and toss until it is browned, about 2 minutes. Remove garlic from the pan and set aside.<br \/>\nIn the same pan, increase the heat to high and place shrimps on the pan in an even layer. Season with sea salt, pepper and chili flakes. Do not move once in the pan and seasoned. Sear on each side for 1 minute.<br \/>\nRemove from the pan and toss with the browned garlic.
