{"id":4678,"date":"2022-03-22T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4678"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:00:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:00:39","slug":"kljukusa-bosnian-potato-pie-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kljukusa-bosnian-potato-pie-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Kljuku\u0161a (Bosnian Potato Pie)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Pie Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4\u00a0tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n500 g potatoes<br \/>\n1\u00a0large yellow onion<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic<br \/>\n1\u00a0tbsp\u00a0salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp\u00a0ground black pepper<br \/>\n1&amp;1\/2 cup AP flour<br \/>\n1&amp;1\/2 cup lukewarm water<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cloves garlic (grated)<br \/>\n1 cup yoghurt or sour cream (dairy or plant based)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp ground black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200 deg C.<br \/>\nLine a 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper &amp; set aside.<br \/>\nPeel onions, garlic &amp; potatoes, grate them together into a large bowl.<br \/>\nSqueeze mixture to release as much starch as possible, add salt, pepper, flour, water &amp; stir vigorously until integrated.<br \/>\nAdd oil, stir, transfer into the baking dish &amp; even the surface.<br \/>\nBake for 45 mins, remove pie, flip over &amp; brush remaining butter on top.<br \/>\nReturn pie into the baking dish &amp; continue to bake for another 10-20 mins until crust turns golden brown.
