Add oats, sea salt, cinnamon water\/milk, vanilla to a small pot and mix to combine, while cooking for medium heat, until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Be sure to stir the oats while cooking.<br \/>\n2. Add your egg whites into the oatmeal, and stir constantly &#8211; this keeps the egg whites from sticking and turns them into fluffy consistency instead.<br \/>\n3.
