Toss with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 6-7 minutes (it should be golden but still a bit soft on the inside).<br \/>\nLet cool before adding it to the salad.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, chop the veggies and layer them on a salad plate. Top with hand-torn mozzarella and the crispy bread cubes.<br \/>\nMix the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
