Boil oats and 250g of water until thickened (or microwave for 3 minutes while giving a stir every minute)<br \/>\n2. Mix protein powder, chia seeds with water\/ milk (less liquid for thicker oats or more for runnier oats)<br \/>\n*Some said cooking chia seeds will degrade the omega-3 content so I mix them seperately<br \/>\n3. Combine ingredients for the chocolate ganache<br \/>\n4. Transfer the oatmeal into a bowl and add the ganache layer on top<br \/>\n5.
