Preheat the oven at temperature 160 degrees Celsius.<br \/>\n2. Sear the short ribs on a skillet until crispy outside. Safe aside.<br \/>\n3. In a pot, heat up the oil then add onion and garlic. Saute till translucent.<br \/>\n4. Add rosemary, carrot, celery, and tomatoes. Stir it well.<br \/>\n5. Put the seared ribs in, then the broth and the sauces. Stir until well-combined.<br \/>\n6. Arrange the beef submerged, then cover the lid.<br \/>\n7. Put it into oven for about 3 hours.<br \/>\n8. Take it out. Strain it. Put on a tray.
