{"id":4585,"date":"2022-03-19T13:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-19T05:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4585"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:00:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:00:55","slug":"salmon-kabobs-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/salmon-kabobs-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Salmon Kabobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Veggies Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoon butter or ghee<br \/>\n1 medium shallot, peeled &amp; sliced<br \/>\n1 cup cherry tomatoes<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n2 cups French green beans<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Salmon Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 wooden kabob skewers<br \/>\n\u00bc cup olive oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon coconut aminos<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\nJuice &amp; Zest from \u00bd fresh lemon<br \/>\n1 pound of wild-caught skinless salmon, diced in 1 \u00bd\u201d x 1 \u00bd\u201d pieces (about 20 pieces)<\/p>\n<h2>Tzatziki<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\nZest from \u00bd fresh lemon<br \/>\n5 fresh dill sprigs, minced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon grated cucumber<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to avoid burning them or use stainless steel skewers.<br \/>\nWhisk your marinade ingredients together in a big bowl.<br \/>\nAdd your salmon to the bowl of marinade and allow to soak up all of the flavors for at least 15 minutes.<br \/>\nWhile salmon is marinating, heat a grilled pan to medium heat and add butter or ghee.<br \/>\nWhen the pan is hot, add in shallot, cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, French green beans, sea salt and pepper and saut\u00e9 until the veggies are blistered and blackened, about 10 minutes.<br \/>\nThread each skewer with your marinated salmon.<br \/>\nWhen veggies are done, remove from the grill pan and set aside.<br \/>\nPlace skewers on the same heated grill pan and do not move, so that they get good charred grill lines on them.<br \/>\nFlip after 1 minute per side.
