Saute the mashed ingredients, lemon grass, galangal, and leaves until fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Pour water in, followed by the chicken.<br \/>\n3. Bring to boil until the chicken half-cooked.<br \/>\n4. Add the coconut milk and seasonings. Stir.<br \/>\n5. Bring to boil until the chicken cooked perfectly. Turn off the heat.
