{"id":4524,"date":"2022-03-18T14:36:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T06:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4524"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:01:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:01:08","slug":"pad-thai-thai-stir-fry-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pad-thai-thai-stir-fry-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Pad Thai (Thai Stir Fry)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp\u00a0palm sugar (or brown sugar)<br \/>\n3 tbsp\u00a0water<br \/>\n4 tbsp tamarind sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp fish sauce\u00a0(or soy sauce)<\/p>\n<h2>Noodles Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>150 g dry rice noodles (soak in room temp water for\u00a01\u00a0hr)<br \/>\n2 tbsp\u00a0dried shrimp (roughly chopped)<br \/>\n3\u00a0cloves garlic (minced)<br \/>\n1 large onion (sliced)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup firm tofu (cut into 2 cm cubes)<br \/>\n3 tbsp preserved daikon radish (or Japanese yellow sweet daikon pickle, minced)<br \/>\n2 tsp chilli flakes (divided)<br \/>\n4 tbsp\u00a0vegetable oil (divided)<br \/>\n2 cups shrimps (or other protein of choice)<br \/>\n2\u00a0eggs<br \/>\n2 cups\u00a0bean sprouts (divided)<br \/>\n1 cup garlic chives (or spring onion, cut into\u00a03 cm pieces, divided)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup\u00a0roasted peanuts (divided)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>For sauce, add sugar &amp; water into a small pot, dissolve over medium heat, add fish sauce &amp; tamarind paste, bring to a simmer &amp; remove from heat.<br \/>\nDrain &amp; cut noodles\u00a0in half with scissors.<br \/>\nIn a bowl, combine\u00a0tofu, garlic, onion, preserved radish, dried shrimps &amp; chilli flakes, set aside.<br \/>\nHeat a wok or large nonstick pan over high heat &amp; add 1 tbsp oil.
