Make a well in the middle and crack the eggs inside.<br \/>\nWhisk them lightly with a whisk or fork and pour over the milk.<br \/>\nMix just until everything is incorporated and a batter is formed. Melt the butter in the microwave and stir it in the batter.<br \/>\nCover and let sit for 30 minutes up to 2 hours.<br \/>\nPreheat a non-stock pan on medium heat and pour a ladle of the batter and cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.<br \/>\nRepeat until there is no batter left.
