Saute brown onion and spring onion in hot oil till fragrant. Save aside. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Mix all the ingredients and sauted onions together. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. In a bowl, mix the wrapper ingredients. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Heat up a bit cooking oil in a non-sticky pan. Pour 1\/4 of eggs mixture gently. Spread it out. Do it until the mixture&#8217;s done. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. On egg wrapper, put the meat mixture on about 1-cm thick. Spread it out then rolling it. &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Put them in steamer for about 20 minutes. &#8211;<br \/>\n7. Heat the butter on a pan, fry them until nice brown. &#8211;<br \/>\n8. Chill them out, then cut 1-cm thick.
