Spread peanut butter on one side of bread. (In my case, I did ok 3 slices)<br \/>\n2. Put two slices of bread together. Remove the bread crust from the 4 sides and cut it into 2 triangles.<br \/>\n3. Mix the egg and milk.<br \/>\n4. Drench the bread in the egg batter until all sides are well coated.<br \/>\n5. Pan fry the toast until all sides are golden brown. Serve it with butter and honey\/maple syrup.
