Mix all dry ingredients.<br \/>\n2. Add water and colour. Knead to incorporate.<br \/>\n3. Add butter and knead again until the dough smooth and not sticky.<br \/>\n4. Divide them evenly (I divide it into 8 balls).<br \/>\n5. Stuff the dough: Flat the small dough then put on the filling. Cover it with the dough then seal it. Carefully shape it into a ball then place it on a round baking paper.<br \/>\n6. Let them proof for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.<br \/>\n6. Put in steamer. Steam it for about 10 minutes between low and medium heat.<br \/>\n7. Once cooked, take them out.
