In pressure cooker, saute onion and shallots till translucent.<br \/>\n2. Add pureed ginger and garlic.<br \/>\n3. Put the lamb cuts in until changed the colour.<br \/>\n4. Add all the powders. Mix well.<br \/>\n5. Pour the water. Stir.<br \/>\n6. Add the tomatoes and curry leaves. Close the lid. Cook it for about 40-45 minutes. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n7. Open the lid then add the coriander leaves.
