{"id":4415,"date":"2022-03-17T08:37:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T00:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4415"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:01:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:01:29","slug":"ratatouille-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/ratatouille-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Ratatouille"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 tablespoons avocado oil<br \/>\n1 medium yellow onion, peeled &amp; diced<br \/>\n3 medium garlic cloves, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n2 teaspoons sea salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n1 28-ounce canned crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n1 6-ounce canned tomato paste<br \/>\n10 fresh basil leaves, minced<br \/>\n\u00bd cup fresh parsley, minced<\/p>\n<h2>Veggies Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 large eggplant, ends removed &amp; sliced in \u00bc\u201d thick discs<br \/>\n1 large zucchini, ends removed &amp; very thinly slices<br \/>\n1 large yellow squash, ends removed &amp; very thinly sliced<br \/>\n4 medium Roma tomatoes, ends removed &amp; sliced in \u00bc\u201d thick rounds<\/p>\n<h2>Garnish<\/h2>\n<p>2 tablespoons avocado oil<br \/>\nSprinkle of sea salt &amp; black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>To make your sauce, add avocado oil to a large pot and bring to medium-low heat.
