{"id":4382,"date":"2022-03-16T14:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4382"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:01:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:01:34","slug":"spaghetti-alfredo-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spaghetti-alfredo-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti Alfredo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 g dried pasta of choice<br \/>\n12 tbsp butter<br \/>\n150 g Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1&amp;1\/2 tsp salt, (to taste)<br \/>\n2 cups reserved pasta water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Fill a large pot with water over high heat &amp; bring to a boil.<br \/>\nOnce the water boils, add 1 tsp salt &amp; cook the pasta until al dente (abt 8 mins)<br \/>\nWhile the pasta is cooking, gently melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan.<br \/>\nDrain the pasta (reserving the water) &amp; transfer pasta to the pan with the melted butter.<br \/>\nAdd 1\/2 tsp salt &amp; toss pasta with a tongs to combine (nonstick &amp; silicone tongs work best)<br \/>\nReduce heat to medium low, add a handful of grated cheese, 1\/2 cup of hot pasta water, tossing the pasta continuously with your tongs to incorporate the cheese.<br \/>\nAdd remaining cheese (a little at a time), tossing between each addition, until all the cheese has been used.<br \/>\nAdd more hot pasta water as needed to melt the cheese so that it coats evenly (don&#8217;t add too much so it&#8217;s not too watery)<br \/>\nTaste, add more salt if necessary, garnish with more grated cheese &amp; black pepper (optional) &amp; serve immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 500 g dried pasta of choice 12 tbsp butter 150 g Parmesan cheese 1&amp;1\/2 tsp salt, (to taste) 2 cups reserved pasta water Steps Fill a large pot with water over high heat &amp; bring to a boil.
