{"id":4366,"date":"2022-03-16T12:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T04:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4366"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:01:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:01:38","slug":"no-bake-chocolate-oat-bars-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/no-bake-chocolate-oat-bars-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"No-bake Chocolate Oat Bars"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (Makes 16 Bars)<\/h2>\n<p>3 cups rolled oats<br \/>\n1\/2 cup peanut butter<br \/>\n1\/2 cup brown sugar<br \/>\n1 cup chocolate chips<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n200g butter (a bit less than a cup)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a large pot on medium heat, melt the butter and sugar just until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves completely.<br \/>\nAdd the vanilla extract and oats and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until everything comes together.<br \/>\nPlace half of this oat mix in a 23cm pan lined with parchment paper and press down evenly.<br \/>\nKeep the other half of the oat mix for the second layer.<br \/>\nTo make the filling, place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.<br \/>\nPour the choco mix over the the first oat layer and spread evenly (keep 1\/4 cup of the choco spread to drizzle at the end).<br \/>\nPlace the other half of the oat mix on top of the chocolate layer and drizzle over with the remaining 1\/4 cup of chocolate.<br \/>\nCover and place the pan in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set before cutting.<br \/>\nMake sure you bring the whole thing to room temperature before cutting into bars (20-30 minutes out of fridge).
