{"id":4352,"date":"2022-03-16T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4352"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:01:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:01:44","slug":"chicken-pad-thai-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-pad-thai-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Pad Thai"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (3-4 Servings)<\/h2>\n<p>Rice noodles or Fettuccine pasta<br \/>\n2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 cup bean sprouts<br \/>\n1\/3 cup green onion sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 white onion sliced<br \/>\nSmall bunch cilantro roughly chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\nPeanuts for garnish (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/4 cup ketchup<br \/>\n1 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1 clove garlic grated<br \/>\n1 tsp peanut butter<br \/>\nJuice of 1 lime<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n****In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients and set aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Cook the noodles according to the package.<br \/>\nSeason chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a large pan on medium heat (around 8 minutes). Remove to a plate.<br \/>\nIn the same pan, crack the eggs and fry in some olive oil for a minute before scrambling it.<br \/>\nAdd in the onions and bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\nAdd in chicken, sauce and noodles tossing them till combined.<br \/>\nThrow in cilantro, green onions and sesame oil and give it a quick mix.<br \/>\nGarnish with peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges.
