Add in 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp ginger and cook for a minute. Add all the spices:<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Cook for a few seconds and add in 400g tomato pur\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLet simmer for a few minutes and add 1\/2 cup heavy cream.<br \/>\nLet cook while stirring for 5 minutes then add the chicken chunks.
