Marinate the meat with soy sauce, pepper, shaoxing wine and sugar for 20 mins.<br \/>\n2. Cut the beans into finger long. Set aside.<br \/>\n3. Fry garlic over medium high heat for 30 seconds, add meat and stir. Our out the meat when it\u2019s done, set aside.<br \/>\n4. Add beans and keep stirring for 5 mins. Add back the meat, all the sauce and olive vegetables, mix well.
