Saute the minced ingredients, lime leaves, bay leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Pour the water, seasonings, and all sauces. Mix well.<br \/>\n3. Add the beaten egg. Stir it thoroughly.<br \/>\n4. Put the crab in and scallions. Bring to boil. Turn off the heat.
