Mix eggs, sugar, and emulsifier in high speed mode until thickened and pale in colour.<br \/>\n2. Add all the rest of ingredients then mix (do not over mix).<br \/>\n3. Pour the batter on a baking pan 28cm25cm (with a sheet of baking paper on).<br \/>\n4. Put it in a preheated oven at temperature 170C for about 20 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Take the sponge cake out. Let it cool.<br \/>\n6. Cut the cake to fit in your container. Do layering by putting the sweetened coconut flakes on then whipped cream, cake, whipped cream, and sweetened coconut flakes\u00a0 again.<br \/>\n7.
