Preheat oven to 325.<br \/>\n2. Place nuts pumpkin seeds in a mixing bowl.<br \/>\n3. In a separate bowl add the butter or oil, maple syrup, rosemary, thyme paprika. Mix well for a few minutes.<br \/>\n4. Pour oil mixture over nuts and mix well. Once mixed, place the nuts evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt fresh ground pepper.<br \/>\n5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the coating is golden brown. Stir nuts at the half way mark.<br \/>\n6. Remove from oven and let completely cool. I like to sprinkle with a little flakey sea salt and garnish with fresh rosemary.
