{"id":3825,"date":"2022-03-13T05:55:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-12T21:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=3825"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:02:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:02:14","slug":"birthday-cake-energy-balls-bypaigeashlie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/birthday-cake-energy-balls-bypaigeashlie","title":{"rendered":"Birthday Cake Energy Balls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cake Energy Balls Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/3 cup oat flour<br \/>\n1\/3 cup shredded coconut<br \/>\n1\/2 cup cashews<br \/>\n1\/2 cup cashew butter<br \/>\n2 tbsp coconut butter or oil (start with 1 &amp; adjust if needed)<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar (start with 1 and add more if you want sweeter)<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\nDash of sea salt<br \/>\nand as many sprinkles as you\u2019d like.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In your blender or food processor, add oats &amp; coconut flakes and process until into a flour.<br \/>\nNext, add in the cashews and do the same.<br \/>\nAdd in the remaining ingredients &amp; blend until a dough forms.<br \/>\nIf the dough feels really wet, you can add in more cashews, coconut or oats.<br \/>\nIf not sweet enough, add in more maple syrup.<br \/>\nremove from the blender add to a bowl with sprinkles and roll into bite size balls<br \/>\nDepending on the size, a batch will make 12-25 balls!
