Chop all the mushroom. Cut tofu into cubes. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Fry mushroom and soy over medium high heat. Add mapo sauce and mix well.<br \/>\n3. When you see some red oil, add water and tofu, turn to medium heat for 5 mins.
