Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Knead it for 10 minutes. Cover with a wet towel. Rest for 2 to 5 hours. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Knead it again for 3 to 4 minutes. Rest second time for 30 minutes. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Divide the dough into 10-gr small cuts. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Round and flattened them like a disc. &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Fill them with beef filling and sealed. &#8211;<br \/>\n7. Boil them until it is floating. Strained. &#8211;<br \/>\n8. Heat up a pan with a bit oil on it. &#8211;<br \/>\n9. Toss them until brown on colour at the both sides.
