Cut the meat then pound them.<br \/>\n2. Put them in a bowl then marinate for about 30 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Saute the mashed ingredients, leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.<br \/>\n4. Add the marinated meat, stir until change the color.<br \/>\n5. Pour the water in, followed by the plam sugar, sugar, and salt. Stir.<br \/>\n6. Bring it to boil until the water reduced and the meat tender.<br \/>\n7. Add the shredded coconut it. Stir until the shredded coconut changed the color.<br \/>\n8. Take out the meat aside and then keep stirring the shredded coconut until dried. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n9. Fry the meat for a bit, just until the color darker.
