Place the rest of the grated cheese in a bowl and mix with<br \/>\nthe black pepper and set aside. Place the water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.<br \/>\nAdd the spaghetti and cook as per package until al dente.<br \/>\nOnce done, drain the pasta water in a bowl and add just a bit of the pasta water to the cheese to form a creamy paste.<br \/>\nMix them well with a whisk or fork till they become smooth, adding pasta water just as needed.<br \/>\nStir in the creamy cheese mix onto the pot with the drained spaghetti and toss them to mix, adding some pasta water if needed.<br \/>\nServe warm with extra sprinkles of cheese and black pepper.
