Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.<br \/>\n2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda salt. Stir until we\u2019ll combined.<br \/>\n3. In another bowl, add eggs and lightly beat. Add in mashed banana, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut sugar. Stir until well combined.<br \/>\n4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and lightly mix. Do not over mix (that turns your banana bread into a rubbery texture).<br \/>\n5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top with any toppings, bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.<br \/>\n6.
