Rub the fish with yeast. Leave it for about 2 hours, then rinse thoroughly.<br \/>\n2. Rub them with salt and lemon juice. Leave it for about 10 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Rub the fish with mashed ingredients. Safe aside.<br \/>\n4. Inside the pressure cooker, place a sheet of banana leave at the base followed by the fish. Then add some slices of lemongrass, galangal, and bay leaves (leave some for another layer). Also add extra turmeric powder and salt.<br \/>\n6. Cover it with banana leave.<br \/>\n5. Do it same thing for another layer, banana leave &#8211; fish &#8211; aromatic ingredients &#8211; banana leave.<br \/>\n6. Close the pressure cooker with the lid tightly. Turn on the heat. Cook for about an hour.<br \/>\n7. Open the lid when it&#8217;s cool. Take out the fish gently.<br \/>\n8. Dip them into beaten eggs, then fry till golden brown.
