{"id":3632,"date":"2022-03-11T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T22:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=3632"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:02:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:02:47","slug":"onigiri-%e3%81%8a%e6%8f%a1%e3%82%8a-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/onigiri-%e3%81%8a%e6%8f%a1%e3%82%8a-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Onigiri (\u304a\u63e1\u308a)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Rice Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups short grain rice (washed till water runs clear &amp; drained)<br \/>\n3 cups water<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps Make Rice<\/h2>\n<p>Cook rice on stove top or rice cooker, add salt when fluffing.<br \/>\nSet aside to let it cool down until safe to form into desired shapes.<\/p>\n<h2>Salmon Avocado<\/h2>\n<p>1 salmon fillet (abt 120 g)<br \/>\n1 tbsp oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp ground black pepper (divided)<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/4 avocado (cut into 1\/2 cm cubes)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps make salmon avocado<\/h2>\n<p>Pat salmon dry, sprinkle salt &amp; half of black pepper.<br \/>\nHeat a pan on medium high, add oil &amp; when really hot, add salmon (skin side down)<br \/>\nCook for 2 mins (for skin to crispen), flip over, cook for 2 mins, flip it to the side, cook for 1 min &amp; then cook the last exposed surface.<br \/>\nSet aside to cool, peel off skin &amp; flake the flesh.<br \/>\nAdd avocado, soy sauce &amp; remaining black pepper.<br \/>\nTaste to adjust seasoning &amp; set aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Tuna Mayo<\/h2>\n<p>1 tuna can<br \/>\n1\/4 small cucumber (cut into 1\/2 cm cubes)<br \/>\n1 tbsp mayo<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp salt (to taste)<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp ground black pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps Make Tuna Mayo<\/h2>\n<p>Drain Tuna, Combine With Rest Of The Ingredients In A Bowl, Mix Well, Taste To Adjust Seasoning &amp; Set Aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Spicy Tuna<\/h2>\n<p>1 tuna can<br \/>\n1 tbsp oil<br \/>\n1 clove garlic (minced)<br \/>\n1 small onion (diced)<br \/>\n3 bird&#8217;s eye chillies or 1 fresh red chilli (sliced)<br \/>\n1 tsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt (to taste)<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp ground black pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps make spicy tuna<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a pan on medium high, add oil &amp; garlic.<br \/>\nFry for 1 min then add onion &amp; cook till translucent.<br \/>\nAdd chillies, tuna (drained), tomato paste, lemon juice, salt &amp; pepper.<br \/>\nMix well, adjust seasoning, cook for another 5 mins &amp; set aside to cool.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rice Ingredients 2 cups short grain rice (washed till water runs clear &amp; drained) 3 cups water 1\/4 tsp salt (optional) Steps Make Rice Cook rice on stove top or rice cooker, add salt when fluffing.
