Put the fish maw and ginger powder in the bowl. Add milk till 80-85% full.<br \/>\n2. Steam for 30 minutes. Then put rock sugar and red dates. Steam for another 30 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Do not open the lid for 30-60 minutes (depends on the thickness of your fish maw).
