Mix ap flour, tapioca flour, sugar, and water until well-combined.<br \/>\n2. Add egg and baking powder. Mix it well, then let them set for at least an hour.<br \/>\n3. Add pandan essence and the mixture of water and baking soda, then mix.<br \/>\n4. Grease the non-stick pan.<br \/>\n5. Once the pan hot, pour half of the batter (another half is for next batch).<br \/>\n6. When the bubble popped up in the surface, sprinkle the sugar, then cover it with the lid and lower the heat.<br \/>\n7. If the surface isn&#8217;t wet, it means that your pancake is cooked. Turn off the heat, then take it out from the pan.<br \/>\n8. Spread the butter on, then nutella &#8211; cheese &#8211; condensed milk.<br \/>\n9. Fold it in half.
