Beat the eggs and mix with all the seasonings.<br \/>\n2. Heat the pan over medium heat, dip a folded paper towel in oil and apply to the pan. Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan. Start rolling into a log shape towards yourself after the bottom of the egg has set. Move the rolled omelette to the side where you started to roll.<br \/>\n3. Repeat step 2, keep rolling the egg omelette until all the egg mixture is done.<br \/>\n4. Cover the Tomakoyaki with panko. Deep fry until golden brown.<br \/>\n5. Cut the toasts crust and put the tamakoyaki in between, cut it into the shape you like.
