Preheat the oven at temperature 200 degrees Fahrenheit.<br \/>\n2. Mix egg whites, salt, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk it.<br \/>\n3. Place it on top of a saucepan with hot water (baun marie method) until the sugar dissolved perfectly.<br \/>\n4. Add the baking powder.<br \/>\n5. Mix it using mixer in high speed until got the firm peak.<br \/>\n6. Add the orange zest. Combine it well using spatula (using folding method).<br \/>\n7. Put the batter inside a piping bag.<br \/>\n8. Make like some swirl dollops on a tray with a piece of baking sheet.<br \/>\n9. Put them inside the oven for at least 1 hour to 1.5 hour.<br \/>\n10. Take them out.
