Let Rest And Prepare The Filling In The Meantime.<br \/>\n(This Is The Same Recipe I Used For The Manakish, You Can Find It A Few Posts Back Or In The Highlights For The Detailed Process)<\/p>\n<h2>For The Meat Filling<\/h2>\n<p>Ground beef 130g<br \/>\n1 onion chopped<br \/>\nHandful of pine nuts<br \/>\nPomegranate molasses<br \/>\nOlive oil<br \/>\nSalt, pepper, ground cumin, herbes de Provence<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In A Heated Pan Toast The Pine Nuts Until Golden.<br \/>\nRemove, Add Olive Oil And Cook The Onion Until Golden.<br \/>\nScoop Them To The Side And Add The Beef.<br \/>\nAdd All The Seasoning To Taste And Cook Just Until The Meat Is Cooked Through.<br \/>\nAdd A Drizzle Of Pomegranate Molasses, Mix And Taste To Adjust Any Of The Seasoning.<br \/>\nSet Aside To Completely Cool Before Using.<\/p>\n<h2>Finishing<\/h2>\n<p>Once the dough is done, roll and cut out circles with a cup or cookie cutter.<br \/>\nFill around 1\/2 a tbsp of the meat mix, fold and seal with a fork to give it a nice shape.<br \/>\nPlace on a baking sheet and brush with a beaten egg.<br \/>\nCook in the oven on high just until they turn golden (8-10 minutes).<br \/>\nSprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve with greek yogurt.
