{"id":28187,"date":"2025-08-11T12:50:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-11T04:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=28187"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:21:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:21:18","slug":"quorn-keema-rice-cooksbyson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/quorn-keema-rice-cooksbyson","title":{"rendered":"Quorn Keema Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300g Quorn Mince<br \/>\nA small pot of rice<br \/>\n3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil<br \/>\n5 Cloves<br \/>\n1 Bay Leaf<br \/>\n1 Cinnamon Stick<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Jeera Seeds<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Tomato Paste<br \/>\n2 Small Onions<br \/>\n3 Small Tomatoes<br \/>\n1 Small Bowl of Green Peas<br \/>\n1 Potatoe (diced)<br \/>\n1 Garlic Clove<br \/>\n1 Inch Sized piece of Ginger<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Masala Paste (Garlic, Ginger, Tumeric, Salt, Chilli)<br \/>\n2 Heaped Tsp Salt<br \/>\n1 Heaped Tsp Dhana Jeeru Powder<br \/>\n1\/2 Heaped Tsp Tumeric<br \/>\n1\/2 Heaped Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder<br \/>\n1\/2 Heaped Tsp Garam Masala<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder<br \/>\n1 Tsp Biriyani Masala<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Lemon Juice<br \/>\nFresh Coriander for garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Recipe<\/h2>\n<p>1. Begin with cooking your rice and leave to boil whilst you prepare the keema.<br \/>\n2. In a wide set pan, heat the oil and fry the jeera seeds until they begin to pop. Add in the rest of the whole spices and mix in the chopped onion until they begin to soften\/brown. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, fresh garlic, ginger and masala paste until combined.<br \/>\n3. Add in the tomato paste, peas, potato and masala powders with the Quorn Mince straight from the freezer. Cover and let cook for around 8-10 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Carefully stir in the cooked rice and let cook for a further few minutes before garnishing with coriander.
