Using round cookie cutters, cut out tortilla circles and place them in a muffin tray, pressing down with your fingers to shape into cups.<br \/>\n2. Brush with olive oil and bake on 180 C for around 10 minutes or until crispy golden.<br \/>\n3. After the tortilla cups cool down, pipe hummus inside to fill them up.<br \/>\n4. Peel a few cucumber ribbons, roll each one and cut them in half to form a rose.<br \/>\n5. Place each half cucumber rose in a hummus cup with a basil leaf as a petal.
